HB Setback as Judge rules in Favor of Newsom

Apparently the judge ruled against Huntington Beach saying that he felt it would be dangerous to allow the beaches in HB to remain open during this pandemic. WHAT?!!!! So that judge made a ruling based on how HE feels about it? What happened to impartiality? It is NOT a matter of how any single person feels about something but whether the Go Ernie has the legal right to over rule a City’s local policy. Which he does not except in a state of emergency or civil unrest. Which is not the case. Newsom has over stepped his authority. Are we back in the USSR?
